JOHN GIANACACI
Regional Managing Director
John Gianacaci is a Regional Managing Director for BCC. He has worked with community banks and bankers for over 25 years, specializing in Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) and Non-Qualified benefit plans for top executives and directors. Continuously, he assists banks with their BOLI assets and maintains a proactive, consistent flow of information on how the marketplace is performing, along with any potential legislative and regulatory items.
John’s approach to designing and implementing BOLI portfolios is to have a clear understanding of the bank's short- and long-term investment objectives, thereby creating a BOLI Portfolio that best meets their needs. In the area of Non-Qualified benefits, John works with banks to develop an understanding of their current and long-term needs, provides an analysis of existing benefit practices, and then prepares recommendations that address both initial and long-term costs, the impact on earnings, and shareholder value.
John is a graduate of the University of Dayton, has been married to his wife, Jean, for over 35 years, and has a son, a daughter, and a granddaughter. John and his wife, Jean, are the founders of Christine’s Hope for Kids Foundation, which was created to honor their daughter, Christine, who helps underprivileged children. John is well-known throughout the industry by community bankers and is a frequent guest speaker at conventions, association meetings, and banking events.
